The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.

1. Sanding

Final sanding grit 150-180

2. Roller
Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 EPDM rubber.  Apply 15-20 gr/m2

3. Even out
Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs clockwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise.  Can also use pads.

4. UV-lamp
Use 2 lamps Mercury 400-600 mj/cm2.  Use 1 Gallium lamp if oil is pigmented.

5. Intermediate sanding
Use sand paper grit 400-500

6. Roller
Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 EPDM rubber
Apply 5 gr/m2

7. Even out
Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs clockwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise

8. UV-lamp
Use 2 lamps Mercury 600-800 mj/cm2

Viscosity correction: Correction can be made with WOCA Reactive thinner for 100 % UV-oil only, #822080-001.
