Industrial Exterior Oil instructions
The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.
1. Sanding
Final sanding grit 100
2. Roller
Use sponge roller shore 5 or type 2 or type 3. Apply the product 30-35 gr/m2 or use spray gun.
3. Spray
30-40 gr/m2
4. Even out
Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs clockwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise. Or remove excess oil by cloth.
5. Hot air oven
Temperature 50-60 °C with good ventilation. Or dry on racks.
6. Stacking
4-6 h by 20 °C
7. Intermediate sanding
Use sand paper grit 320-400. Optional.
8. Roller
Use sponge roller shore 5 or type 2 or type 3.
Apply 15-20 gr/m2 or use spray gun
9. Spray
20-30 gr/m2
10. Even out
Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs clockwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise. Or remove excess oil by cloth.
11. Hot air oven
Temperature 50-60 °C with good ventilation. Or dry on racks.
12. Stacking
12 h by 20 °C before packing.
Viscosity correction: Correction is made with a maximum of 5-10 % water. Always use WOCA Outdoor Primer before applying Exterior Oil on oak, western red cedar and all other softwood species.
