The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.

1. Sanding
Final sanding grit 120-150

2. Roller

Use sponge roller shore 5 or type 2 or type 3.  Apply the product 25-30 gr/m2.

 

3. Even out
Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs clockwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise. 

4. Hot air oven
Temperature 35-40 °C with good ventilation.  Or stack on racks.

5. Stacking

3-4 h by 20 °C.  Or use Hot air oven.

6. Intermediate sanding
Use sand paper grit 400-500. 

7. Roller
Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 natural rubber or nitrile rubber.
Apply 10-15 gr/m2.

 

8. Even out
Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs clockwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise.  

9. Hot air oven
Temperature 35-40 °C with good ventilation.  Or dry on racks.

10. Stacking
4-6 h by 20 °C or use Hot air oven,

Viscosity correction: Correction can be made with a maximum of 5 % water. An extra coat of Industrial Hardwax Oil 1505 can be applied giving extra protection.
