Oil sample tester instructions

Wood must be sanded in 100-150 grit range.

1. Wipe wood surface with a damp cloth to pop the wood grain.  Let dry 1-2 hours. 
2. Pour a small amount of WOCA Diamond Oil Active on the wood. Spread the oil with a cloth or a red 3M pad. The surface should be visibly wet.
3. Leave the oil to soak on the wood for no more than 15 minutes.
4. Buff with the red 3m pad to infuse oil into the wood, buff and polish meticulously.
5. Wipe off the surface oil with a cotton cloth. There should be no oil on top of the surface. Leave the to dry for at least 5 – 6 hours.
6. For a 2nd coat, repeat steps 2-5 with a white 3M pad instead of a red pad.  You will use less oil than the first application.
