The 2016 Serenbe Designer Showhouse is The Penthouse at The Textile Lofts in Serenbe, a New Urbanism community 40 miles south of Atlanta, Georgia.

Serenbe is a wellness-focused community surrounded by forests and meadows, offering miles of nature trails that connect homes, restaurants, arts, and businesses.

The penthouse flooring is reclaimed Oak with a custom WOCA UV Oil finish crafted by Mill & Woods. The building’s design is inspired by textile mills from the turn of the century, with a brick exterior and large windows that give it a timeless appearance.
